Patrice Tisdale, Esq
Patrice has spent her career investigating and litigating matters concerning business operations, employee rights, and breaches of contractual obligation.
After graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Patrice began her practice with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) as an attorney where she, amongst other cases, investigated and prosecuted allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and unlawful termination for employees standing up for their rights. Patrice is an experienced federal litigator who litigated matters across a variety of industries. This knowledge, understanding, and experience works together to provide you clear, effective strategies.
For several years, Patrice has been investing in real estate and has acquired several properties which she self-manages. This has positioned Patrice to not only understand the legalities of forming a company to acquire property, and the acquisition process, but she understands the practical business side of deciding which property to acquire, the goal of such acquisition, tenant acquisition or release, and how to align the practical and the legal for your benefit.
When not working, Patrice enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and working out at her local pole dancing studio.
“We are not all things to all people; but we are everything to those that we serve.” Patrice Tisdale
